This project realized a long-term City goal of providing improved and adequate facilities for Kirkland Parks Maintenance.  A vacant Office Max building in Totem was purchased and remodeled.  It provides crew facilities, office space, a large meeting room/lunch room and warehouse space.  The warehouse is accessed through a 50 ft wide overhead door, allowing trucks with trailers to park inside.
