Wagner did the original site planning for a larger site including school bus maintenance shops and this City facility.  They opened in 2011.

The facility accommodates the City of Bothell’s Streets, Wastewater, Water, Parks, and Stormwater Departments.  It includes high bay shops and a large storage mezzanine.  A The 30-foot roof overhang provides cover for city vehicles.  The structure includes load bearing tilt-up panels and large custom designed steel trusses.
