Hopelink Food Bank - Bellevue

Wagner designed 4 food banks for this eastside charity in suburban and rural locations.  The largest is the Bellevue Main, a 33,000 sf 3 story building. It accommodates a large food bank, a community clinic, social service offices, a phone dispatch center for METRO buses, and under-building parking. The building was paid for by donations, and the unit cost, including site costs, was less than $85/sf.
