This facility in downtown Wenatchee opened on November 19, 2008. It accommodates the City's Public Works Operations, Engineering, Environmental Review, Planning, Building, Parks Maintenance, and Recreation Departments. The project includes 5 buildings on a 4.7 acre site. The Administration Building acts as a mini-City Hall, providing building permits and sign-ups for City rec programs. Other buildings provide for vehicle maintenance, workshops, enclosed storage and parking, and covered storage. A sixth building was constructed at the City's waste water facility to accommodate vactors and other equipment and provide a shop for the waste water crews.
