Wagner provided complete services, from initial programming and site planning through design and construction observation on this project to accommodate Kirkland's Public Works, Equipment Rental, and Parks maintenance operations. Facilities included four new buildings and the remodeling of an old warehouse building. The design allowed for a phased construction contract, on the site of the existing City shops, so that operations could be maintained during construction. Old underground tanks were removed and a new fueling system installed. This facility is almost 20 years old and still looks new.
