Design is 98%
complete for the City's new maintenance and operations
center located on a 22 acre site east of downtown. Site
work construction has already begun with grading and the
installation of complete underground utilities in 2009.
The first 5 of 10 buildings should be completed in 2013.
The facility will accommodate the City’s main computers,
the City’s SCADA system, the City’s Traffic Management
systems, and around 230 staff. Parks, Public Works, and
Vehicle Maintenance Operations will be located on site.
